No word if it was like every southern driver and plowed into another ship because it didn't know it needed to slow down in the snow.

It swerved to avoid another ship and crashed into Florida. Florida has been completely written off and will soon be towed to Russia and stripped down for scrap.

I wonder how much weight 3" of snow is over the top of the deck. Like enough for it to ride lower in the water?

Good. It's full of rats just like the old Russian ship sailing around somewhere. Eye for an eye.

I have way too much time on my hands...

The flight deck is approximately 4.5 acres, or 196,020 sqft. One cubic foot of "average" (relatively wet, not fluffy) snow is approximately 15 lbs, or 3.75 lbs for 1'x1'x3" (15/3). So 196,020 x 3.75 = 735,075 lbs of snow , which would be about the equivalent of adding 23 more F/A-18s to the ship.

Good question. I figured they would have scraped it off because launching and recovering aircraft might just a teensie bit difficult in snow*

*obvious statement of the day.
